You’ll be serving up Panna Cotta in no time with this (really!) easy-to-follow recipe.
Our guests are always impressed with this light but luscious dessert, and I love that you can top it with some fruit or a sauce for even more of a wow factor. Panna Cotta is usually poured into ramekins, chilled until set, then unmolded onto a plate for presentation.
How about serving in martini glasses, champaign flutes, or even wine glasses?
That allows you to eliminate the unmoulding step. I think that stemware always looks so elegant on a table and turns dessert a real show stopper. No stemware handy? I’ve even chilled this dessert in small glass canning jars for something a little more casual, but no less impressive.
