Our bed and breakfast isn’t just for a wonderful getaway! With its intimate setting and unique charm, Olde Square Inn is the perfect venue for small, unforgettable occasions.
Whether you’re gathering for a single-day event with a wedding or baby shower, a small business meeting, or even an elopement, you’ll have exclusive use of our main-floor indoor common areas. You’ll have private access to our relaxing living room and more structured dining room, and our beautiful outdoor spaces may also be available as well.
When you book the entire Inn for a wedding, a family reunion, a retreat or a workshop, you and your guests will look forward to gathering in our indoor common areas, enjoying our outdoor grounds, and staying in any of our five well-appointed guest rooms.
Just looking for some “time out”? All you have to do is gather your friends and book one of our specially planned get-togethers! All you have to bring is yourselves!
Whatever your celebration, we’ll work closely with you to make sure every detail is taken care of from start to finish. That means you’ll be able to relax and engage with your guests – worry free – while we handle the rest.
Spaces
Living Room. When you want to relax and chat this is a lovely place to be. We can accommodate a cozy 10 guests for a casual, informal gathering and is open to our dining area.
Dining Room. We have four tables to comfortably seat 12 people with space for working, speaking, or dining. This is also a good area for scrapbooking, small classes, crafting, etc.
Restroom. For your convenience, a restroom is available on the second floor for guests who have not booked overnight accommodations.
Study. With a large library table and two comfortable chairs, you’ll find this a quiet escape for some time working or reading,
Side Porch. Just off our main entrance, the porch is set with four tables and chairs for 8-10 and is a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch, or just taking a break.
Grand Balcony. Sip a glass of wine, catch the sun, read a book, and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of Main Street! Accommodates 10.
Back Garden. Our beautiful back yard is fenced in for privacy. The brick patio has two outdoor tables and chairs set under umbrellas for shade. The grass area leads to our seasonal in-ground pool with chaise lounges for six and plenty of space for blankets and extra chairs.
Kitchen. Insurance regulations prevent us from allowing guests to use the kitchen.
Wifi is accessible throughout the Inn.
Dining
With restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops within blocks of Inn, you’ll find it convenient to step out for a bite to eat any time of day. From pastries and sandwiches to fine dining, everyone’s taste can be satisfied. Prefer to eat in? We can arrange catering as well!
Mount Joy and Lancaster County boast a wide variety of restaurants and cuisine, but you can find these local spots right outside our door:
Guest Rooms
Antebellum. Second floor, queen bed, accommodates two.
Elizabeth Anne. Second floor, queen bed, accommodates two.
Charleston. Second floor, queen bed, accommodates two.
Third Floor Suite. Third floor. Both a king and queen bed, large sitting area, jetted tub/ shower, two bathroom sinks, Keurig, accommodates up to four.
Carriage House. Separate from the main house, but on the property. Queen bed, full-sized fold out couch, kitchenette with Keurig and microwave, jetted tub, oversized shower, double bathroom sinks, accommodates up to four.
