Peach Cobbler Crockpot Dessert Recipe

This great Peach Cobbler recipe is for your crockpot during the hot days of summer when you’re craving a delicious dessert.

Just set your crockpot on the porch and there’s no worry about heating up your house.  Then, in no time at all, you’ll be enjoying this summertime treat!  You can even substitute other fruits such as berries or apples.

Peach Cobbler in a Crockpot


1 c. flour + an additional 1/4c.

2T sugar

1 t. baking powder

1 lg. egg at room temp

1/4c. milk

2 T butter, melted

5-6 large peaches to equal 6 c. sliced (peeled if desired)

2 T. brown sugar

1 T lemon juice

1 t. vanilla extract


  1. In a large bowl whisk together 1 c. flour, sugar and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. Then in another bowl, whisk together egg, milk and butter.
  3. Next stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened (batter will be thick).
  4. Pour into the bottom of a greased, 5-qt. slow cooker.
  5. After combining peaches, ¼ c. flour, brown sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, spoon the fruit mixture over the batter.
  6. Cook, covered, on high until peaches are bubbly, 1 ¾ – 2 hrs.
  7. Serve warm. For extra deliciousness, add vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
