Olde Square Inn is the perfect year-round venue for small, intimate Lancaster County weddings. From flowers to cake to breakfast, we love taking care of all the details to make your special day the elegant and worry-free celebration you desire.

Our Inn’s charming architectural details and beautiful porches make unique backdrops for your wedding day photos.  A large cast iron fountain featured in the front of the grounds, operates from late May to September, and if you’re planning a summer event be sure to take advantage of the gardens that are in full bloom from June to September.

You can say your “I Do’s” in front of the grand fireplace or by the stately columns in the living room or even outdoors.  Whichever way you choose, you’ll find many opportunities to create treasured memories.

When you bookOlde Square Inn for your wedding day, you and your guests enjoy exclusive access to all the Inn’s guest rooms, common areas and grounds. It’s the perfect place for an intimate celebration with those you love.


 Additional Considerations:

Reverend Kelly Jo Singleton will perform your marriage ceremony with schedules permitting and by appointment only. Pastor Singleton’s fee is separate from your wedding package. If you are interested in having a photographer record your special day, we recommend Shareen Lynn Photography. She has shot most of the weddings at our Inn, and you can see samples of her work on Facebook at Shareen Lynn Photography or can phone her at 717-989-1895. This fee is separate from your wedding package.

Musician Peggy Grabowski can provide live music as guests arrive and for your ceremony. You can include classical, contemporary or even show tunes. For more information email Peggy at peggygrabowski@comcast.net or phone 717-413-1234. This fee is separate from your wedding package.

 

Small Intimate Weddings

Starting at $5999

We can accommodate wedding celebrations indoors for 22 participants and up to 35 outdoors. Your ceremony can be scheduled at time during your stay.

Included in your wedding package:

  • Two-night stay for Bride and Groom in the private Carriage House
  • Two-night stay for up to 14 other guests in the Main House.
  • Up to 16 participants (extra guests up to 22 indoors or 35 outdoors are welcome at an additional $35 per guest)
  • Use of indoor common areas and grounds
  • Flowers for the Bride and Groom
  • Table flowers and decorations
  • Wedding cake
  • Cake and knife set for the Bride and Groom to take home
  • Champagne or sparkling beverage toast after the ceremony
  • Coffee, hot tea, and water set-up
  • Serving set-up
  • Linens
  • Dishware
  • Three-course breakfast each morning for all guests staying at the Inn
  • Gratuity and taxes

Accommodations are based on double occupancy with availability up to four guests in the Third Floor Suite.

There is an additional fee for outdoor chair, tent or canopy rental.

Elopement Package

$999

Your ceremony can be scheduled between 12noon and 2:00pm.

Included in your Elopement Package:

  • Two-night stay for Bride and Groom in the private Carriage House
  • Up to 8 participants
  • Use of indoor common areas and grounds
  • Flowers for the Bride and Groom
  • Wedding cake
  • Cake and knife set for the Bride and Groom to take home
  • Champagne or sparkling beverage toast after the ceremony
  • Coffee, hot tea, and water set-up

Wedding and Baby Showers

$299

Your event can be held between 12 noon and 2:30 pm.

Looking forward to the big day or ready to welcome a new arrival? We’d love to help you shower your guest of honor with a day filled with love and good wishes. No worries for you – we’ll take care of the clean up so you can enjoy the party along with he other guests.

Included in your Shower Package:

  • Use of dining room and living room common areas
  • 11:30 early entry to set up food or decoration you may wish to bring
  • Complimentary cake or cupcakes of up to 14 people
  • Coffee, tea, and water set up
  • Linens
  • Dishware
  • Clean up
  • Gratuity and taxes

Business Meetings

Your meeting can be held between 12noon and 2:30 pm in our dining area. Fee includes coffee, tea, water and beverage set up, and light snacks, gratuity. – $299
