STRAWBERRY BREAD
Ingredients
3 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 eggs well beaten
1 1/4 oil
2-10oz pkgs. frozen strawberries, drained
Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and eggs. Fold in strawberries, then pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
