PINEAPPLE BRUNCH CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1-8oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 C biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C milk
  • 6 tsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes
  • 4 oz cooked ham
  • pinch of nutmeg


Drain pineapple. Combine pineapple, biscut mix, milk, eggs, melted butter, mustard, onion and nutmeg in blender; blend until smooth. Mix in ham and cheese. Put in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Takes about 35 minutes
