Breakfast Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 3/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz) Can of evaporated milk
  • Salt and Pepper, parsley or dill


Mix together and put in casserole; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Ham sausage, or bacon can be added. Serves 6
