BANANA CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 C sour milk
  • 1 C mashed bananas

Cream oil, sugar, and eggs together; add vanilla, milk and bananas. Blend into dry ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting.
