Whether you are planning a Lancaster County, Pennsylvania vacation for the wonderful outlet shopping (No sales tax on most clothes and shoes in PA!) or for the many museums, historic sites and tours, we hope that you will also plan to stay at the beautiful Olde Square Inn bed and breakfast.

Some of our policies are as follows:

• Reservation - Reservations are confirmed and secured by a deposit (including tax) and confirmed by e-mail when your deposit has been processed. Please be advised that all rooms in the inn, including guest rooms are non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.

• Deposit - At time of reservation, we require a one-night deposit plus applicable charges and tax. One-night reservations require full payment (including tax) at time of reservation. Your credit card is charged for your deposit at the time your reservation is made and the actual deposit amount will be shown on your confirmation.

• Cancellations - Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Once you have secured your reservations with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. If for any reason you must cancel your reservations, we will refund your full deposit with at least 7 days notice. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund of deposit if the space can be re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the room and return your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Check-in - Check- in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.Please indicate if your arrival is after 9:00 p.m. so that we can make special arrangements. Check- out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check- in or Late check- out may be available only by prior arrangements for $25.00. No Holidays.
