The Olde Square Inn, our Lancaster County bed and breakfast, is a beautifully restored architectural gem of the Colonial Revival era. A pleasant departure from Mount Joy hotels, The Olde Square Inn is conveniently located on the historic square of this quaint, but expanding, town. We are just minutes from 283/30 that leads to Hershey, Lancaster, York, and Gettysburg. Amtrak is located just two blocks away!

If you are planning a special occasion, anniversary, or birthday, the Carriage House is the ultimate in privacy and luxury for your Lancaster County getaway.

Our guest rooms are furnished with all of the amenities you could desire. All of our guest rooms have flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private baths, and your own fireplace for a romantic evening. Accommodations for families or those who may need handicap access are available in the Carriage House.

You will awaken to the enticing aroma of your freshly made breakfast. We will do our very best to provide you with local, fresh foods from our neighboring farms and markets. Breakfast may be served in the dining room, the veranda, the brick patio, or by our seasonal in-ground swimming pool. You may even catch a glimpse of the gorgeous horses pulling a wagon filled with Amish children trotting down the Main Street.

Survive the hot weather, take a dip in our pool, and have dinner at the world-famous Bube's Brewery that's just a short walk away. Check out what's happening at Bube's for a sure weekend of fun. Here in Mount Joy we outdistance the competition in price and value.

We are getting ready for your visit with us.

The upper balcony is waiting for you to relax on. Bring your bottle of wine and listen to the water in the fish pond while you are relaxing.

Our pool will be opening the beginning of May but you might have to be brave to enter because the water might still be just a bit chilly.

You can sit under the dogwood tree with a book that overlooks the pool.

On the weekends breakfast is served outside weather permitting. We usually start a fire for you. On a Sunday morning you might be treated to the Amish driving their horse and buggies down the street as they go to church

This is an area filled with wineries, rails to trails, kayaking, bicycling, theater, music, farmers markets everywhere, antique shops, art and much more.

Lancaster County is a wonderful historic area with lots of museums, home to President Buchanan, underground railroad and so many more exciting ventures.
