- A glance, a for sale sign, it was love at first sight! That's how I would describe the day we first saw the large, historic brick home on the square in Mount Joy, PA. Of course we bought it, then we thought, what are we going to do with it? So we went to work restoring the property and opened The Olde Square Inn, a Pennsylvania bed and breakfast. It was fifteen years ago, and we have learned to truly love being innkeepers, even though we didn't have a clue about what we were doing! After innkeeping gets into your blood, you can't possibly imagine doing anything else. We are now celebrating 16 years of innkeeping in Mount Joy!
- We've accomplished a great deal since we started; we've added private baths, had a lot of fun decorating the rooms, and enjoyed working on the gardens and landscaping. We provide a host of amenities for our guests. Our goal is to have an affordable inn that's fun to visit, enjoy great food and have all the amenities that one would expect in the finest of places.
